Welcome to the Settlement Website for Hill, et ano. v. Kerry Inc., et al. Proposed Class Action Settlement

You may be eligible for a payment from a class action settlement relating to your application for employment with Kerry Inc. and affiliated entities.
A Washington State Superior Court authorized this website.

Applicants for employment, Jeffrey Hill and Shannon Spencer (“Plaintiffs” or “Class Representatives”), filed a lawsuit against Kerry Inc.; Kerry Group LLC; Kerry Flavor Systems US, LLC; Kerry Biofunctional Ingredients Inc.; Big Train, Inc.; Fleishmann’s Vinegar Company, Inc.; Ganeden Biotech, Inc.; GB Seasonings, Inc.; Island Oasis Frozen Cocktail Co., Inc.; Oregon Chai, Inc.; and Stearns & Lehman, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”) on behalf of themselves and a class of similarly situated applicants for employment. The lawsuit, Hill, et ano. v. Kerry Inc., et al., No. 25-2-07457-9 SEA (the “Lawsuit”) is pending in King County Superior Court. Plaintiffs claimed in the lawsuit that Defendants’ job postings for open positions in Washington did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and/or general description of benefits being offered in violation of Washington law. Defendants dispute Plaintiffs’ claims and contend they have not violated any law and Plaintiffs’ claims are without merit.

The Court has not made any determinations regarding the merits of the Plaintiff’s claims, and it has not decided whether Defendants violated the law.
